  Daniel Godoy
Studied and graduated from CSUN (film school) has a Bachelor in Arts Degree with ‘emphasis on film’. Later worked and mentored under 3 time Oscar winner Carlo Rambaldi (King Kong, Alien and E.T. the extra terrestrial) were he fine tuned his cinematographic skills producing documentaries and special presentations for the master animatronic genius Rambaldi.
Daniel has also worked in both the production and postproduction world directing, shooting and writing commercials for the likes of Ogilvy & Mathers, Harris Corporation, Discovery International, and for various television stations such as Telemundo, Travel Channel, Canale 5, Opium Effects Denmark, RTL Denmark, Germany, Russia, Aflam, Kalagia, MBC Persia, Rotana, and Univision Networks creating both their branding and graphic design promotional modules.
Accolades has brought him 10 Emmy Nominations, he has won 3 along with a prestigious Gabriel Award and an INTE.

Marco Ruiz
Graduated from the University of Tulsa with a BFS in Commercial Design. In 1988 he was among 15 graphic designers selected from all over the United States by Nigel Holmes (TIME magazine) to participate on the prestigious Info-graphics Workshop at the Rhode Island School of Design. Later became a news designer for The Dallas Morning News, and was part of a team that won the 1990 Polk award for reporting on drug trafficking along the Texas border.
In 1996, he was hired by Apple Daily in Hong Kong to help in the re-design of the graphics department when Apple Daily was trying to be the Number one newspaper that city (which it accomplish). The same year he became Creative Director and Vice-President for Litigation Graphix a company dedicated to provide visual support for Law Firms. Ruiz did the informational graphics for the Premium Sales case, on of the largest Ponzi schemes in Florida history, also handled all the Info-graphics for the case against the Government of Cuba, for the downing of the brothers to the rescue plane.
Has worked as senior artist and illustrator for the Miami Herald creating next tear graphic designs for over 10 years.
His designs and illustrations have received awards from the Dallas Press Club, Oklahoma Collegiate Press Association, Art Directors Club, Sunshine State Awards, Columbia University’s Let’s Do it Right, and the Society of News Design among others.
And his work with a team of the Dallas Morning News earned him the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting.

  Lorenzo Sousa
Economist, graduated from Pepperdine University, California, with an MBA from the Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute at Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A, followed postgraduate studies at the Advanced Management Program (PAD) of the University of Piura, Lima, Peru, and the Advanced Management Postgraduate Program at Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Boston; He has also followed a number of studies and congresses in the areas of Banking, Investment and Finance.
An executive at Citibank-Lima, where he was Finance Manager and Financial Control Manager. He also held the position of Citicorp Investment Manager in the Investment Banking area at Citibank-Lima, and with the Arab Latin American Bank (ARLABANK). He was a Director and shareholder of the Banco de Comercio and of the telecommunications company Celular 2000 (sold to Bellsouth and now Telefonica [Spain])
. He was founding sharegolder and the first Chairman of the Board of the Arequipa Stock Exchange, and a Director of the Lima Stock Exchange. He was founding sharegolder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lan Peru S.A., a joint venture airline witn LC; and Director and shareholder of Peru Hydro a company that developed two hydroelectric projects along with Statkraft from Norway.
Founding member of Peru Holding de Turismo, a tourism company focused on real estate development and listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. Founder and president of Peruval SAB, the most important stock brokerage house during the 90s economic boom in Peru. Also he has been the Bankers Trust representative for Peru; ; and founding member of the Harvard Alumni Association of Peru.

He has also published numerous books and articles on economics, business, sociology, investment banking, etc. Among them "El Capital Ausente" considered on of the best 65 peruvian books in the last 500 year by the National Library of Peru

Tsukasa Endo
Tsukasa Endo is also known as Sookie has recently earned his Masters in Arts with Honors 4.0 GPA, from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) for Motion Media Design, and has a Bachelor in Fine Art from the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York for Computer Graphics. Sookie has earned a National Emmy Award for Graphic Design when he was working with MSNBC as a Broadcast Designer and Animator along with 3 other nominations.

He completely dominates several working platforms and software like: Autodesk Flame, Flint, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.

Sookie has worked for MSNBC, CNBC, SkyTV, National Geographics, Lifetime Television, NBC, Astrovision, CNBC Asia, Telezine TZ and Univision Networks. He is also an adjunct Professor at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (online division)

delcio   Delcio Pereira
An incredible career that expands nearly 40 years in the advertising industry in Brazil; he has created memorable campaigns for the likes of Varig, Toshiba, Puman, TV Rio, Arroz Vitoria, Lema, Seat ,among others.
Delcio has been Art Director and Head Creative for Denso Propaganda, Dos Puntos Publicidad, Etica Propaganda, and Indiana Publicidad. He held the account for Varig for 29 years before retiring to the Unites States where he keeps busy with his paintings and consulting work. He joins ION as magnet of ideas with incredible diversity and energy.
To his accolades Delcio has won 5 times over the most prestigious advertising award in Brazil, "Colunista de Publicidad" and has taken 2 "Colunista de Bellas Artes"



  Michael Ottey
Michael Ottey is founder and president of Ottey Media International, a Miami-based public relations and marketing firm with global reach. He’s also a veteran journalist with 25 years of professional experience. A graduate of the City University of New York with a bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism, and a minor in African History. In 2001 he became a senior general assignment reporter for the Miami Herald and in 2003 was promoted to the newspaper’s Latin America and Caribbean correspondent position.
Ottey spent part of his youth in Panama, where he still has relatives.Ottey, who is fluent in Spanish, also won awards for his coverage of the U.S. invasion of Panama. Michael is a longtime member of the National Association of Black Journalists, and is current executive board member of the South Florida Black Journalists Association. In his spare time he enjoys movies, reading and telling and hearing a good story.

Roque Ruiz-González
Graduated in late 2007 as a Graphic Designer from Miami International University of Art & Design, he quickly became the main designer in the whole re-design of The Miami Herald's website. Since then he has worked on many interactive online packages and infographics for South Florida's leading newspaper blending successfully graphics, sound and video. At the same time his passion for music has taken his own Cloudberry Records to be one of the world's most loved and known record labels in the indiepop genre, with more than a hundred releases. With his label he created a new concept relaunching the small 3" CDs as a bona fide format for smaller labels as well as combining great aesthetics with the collaboration of many illustrators around the world. When he is not working on any of his thousands of projects he is probably traveling to the next music festival.
